Samuel "CHIP" MINTZ, PA
Samuel "Chip" Mintz graduated from USAF PA Program in 1982. Chip worked in cardiothoracic surgery, nephrology, transplant surgery, emergency medicine and primary care prior to relocating to Terry after being released from active duty in the army following Operation Desert Storm in 1991. Chip currently serves as the Medical Director for the Prairie County Ambulance Service, Prairie County Health Officer and Prairie County Hospital District Trauma Medical Coordinator. Chip provided weekend emergency room coverage in Miles City and Glendive for 14 years and was the medical provider at the prison in Glendive for 10 years. Chip is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and certified medical examiner for DOT physicals.
Outside of work Chip enjoys spending time with his wife, Ginny, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Chip enjoys collecting army jeeps and enjoys the culinary art of smoking meat.
