I’m Lotty Rambur and have been fortunate to have lived in this area for most of my life. I grew up on a farm about 23 miles southeast of Terry. I attended high school here in Terry, and then later got a teaching degree from Montana State Billings. After college, I got married and we moved to Ft. Lewis, WA, then to Helena, MT for a few years, and then returned to Terry. I taught sixth grade here in Terry for many years.
After I retired, I wanted to get more involved in the community. I ran for the position and was elected to the hospital board. My mother was a resident of this facility, so that’s my connection to Prairie Community Hospital District. I so appreciated the great care she received while being a resident at the facility. It allowed me to be her daughter instead of her caretaker.
I’ve been on the PCHD board for quite a few years, and it’s been my privilege to have a small part in the many positive changes that have taken place at PCHD.
