LAURA FUHRMAN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, but Montana has been home since I was 18. I love living and working in a small-town community and value the relationships that come with it.
I started my nursing career after graduating from Miles Community College in 2008. I earned my master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 2015 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Wanting to better support patients with mental health needs, I went on to complete a post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Johns Hopkins University in 2022.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me cheering on my kids, Owen and Olivia, at basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, and football. I’ve been married to Joel for 21 years, and he teaches shop at THS. Family, community, and staying involved are a big part of who I am, and I enjoy caring for the people who make this place home.
